Duties:
- Setup brand eCommerece strategy, help brand to define 3 year roadmap and key objective.
- Responsible for project/brand P&L.
- Develop the plan of eCommerce sales channel development. Including Tmall, JD, 1HD, Jumei, etc. Workout sellout phasing, promotion plan, product assortment strategy on each platform to meet final project target.
- Lead a team with 5-7 people on daily shop operation. (not direct report)
- Maintain good relationship with China marketplace, negotiate and make sure brand/project has good enough resource (exposure, buzz, sales) on each marketplace.
- Coordinate with brand team and D1M internal team (IT team, Creative team, Social media team, etc) on daily work.
- Supervise the project and responsible for final sales results.
- Financial control and manpower control.
- Help to BD new brand or project if needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of brand market and market research
- Knowledge of eCommerce website maintenance and operation
- Knowledge of China eCommerce key marketplace
- Knowledge of sales operation, commercial deal & P&L
- Experience of digital marketing, social marketing and eCRM practices
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing team
- Knowledge of Beauty category, Baby category & Home category is a plus.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital mkt
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to effectively communicate with relevant teams
- Good verbal and written English and Chinese. Multiple languages speaking is a plus.
