该岗位为 货代行业销售代表/销售经理 ，非物流/货代从业人员勿投，基本要求如下：

销售代表 任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语CET-4以上,能熟练用英文进行书写与交流，精通德文者优先；
2、2-3年以上国际货代行业销售和市场从业经历，具备良好的国际货运代理运营知识；
3、组织协调公司市场销售计划及推广工作；
4、有一定的客户资源，能支持和协助部门经理的日常管理工作；
5、能承受工作压力，为人诚恳，有积极乐观向上的信念。

销售经理 任职要求：

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain and develop profitable business relationships with global target accounts to achieve targeted sales growth;

2. Monthly review the team performance & achieve sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly);

3. Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts;
4. Participate in the Tender Management process as the sponsor by providing account and market intelligence to support the pricing and service offerings;
5. In responsible for the customer SOP;
6. Develops and enhances industry vertical expertise and knowledge, including supply chain management;
7. Assist & help the development of sales team;

Job Qualification

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing or Logistics Management preferred.

2. Language: CET-6 or above, good communication, reading & writing skills in English; well German preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum 8 years Sales experiences in total and Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager, be familiar with freight forwarding affairs.

4. Good judgment ability of marketing, strong interpersonal, owning customer resources preferred.

5. Ability to work under pressure.

6. Self disciplined, enterprising & optimistic.
