职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work with toller as project leader to be responsible for multiple projects management from R&I, pilot to final industrialization stage.
? Continuous Process improvement with following up Solvay QHSE standard and help tollers pass key client's audit in toller site.
? Be accountable for HSE, Quality, Yield, Usage and overall costs in toller site.
? Technical/ SOP/campaign report writing based on project's different stages from R&I, pilot and final production.
? As coordinator to smooth work process in analytic, R&I, production and supply-chain departments.
? Technical support to commercial team.
 
Requirements
? Education level: Master degree or above in Chemistry, organic chemistry preferred. Be familiar with different analytic instruments such as GC,HPLC,NMR, titration, etc
? Working experience: Minimum 3~5 years working experience in multiple functions, such as in R&I, analytic or plant production with strong skills on trouble-shooting in both R&I and toller site.
? Basic engineering design experience and understanding different unit operations in chemistry industry are required.
? Strong at negotiation and communication to influence toller with good interpersonal skill.
? Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese mandarin, good MS office skills.
