Key Responsibilities
1. Documents financial related transactions;
2. Prepare payments by verifying documentation/expense application;
3. Contribute to team effort by supporting/cooperating related tasks as needed;
4. Assist with management team monthly expense application;
5. Assist with system monthly maintenance;
6. Contracts and vouchers filling related;
7. General administrative task.


Requirements
1. College or University graduate in accounting or related is plus;
2. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
3. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
4. Cheerful, well-organized, pay attention to details;
5. Native Mandarin speaker, able to communicate in English;
6. Positive “can do” attitude, work with a SMILE;
