职位描述：
RESPONSIBLE TO: Office Manager/Buyer
 
 
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
 
Assisting the Buyer and Merchandisers in their day to day duties which will include:
 
Raising of Purchase orders from our ERP system.
Key in the data into ERP system.
Tracking of shipments and keeping documents and computer systems up to date.
 
Liaison with UK office and Estonian factory along with suppliers within China and overseas as appropriate.

Product and supplier sourcing.
Providing data reports for management as required.
 
Assisting and covering other members of the Shanghai office and UK Operations Team as appropriate.
 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
Responsible, flexible, with strong work ethic able to work under own initiative

A good command of spoken and written English
