主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 财务分析员将为上海迪士尼度假区的业务进行分析并提供财务支持。主要职责包括维护财务分析模型以支持关键业务决策、商业案例开发、试算模型分析等，并协调跨部门项目合作。
? The Financial Analyst provides analytical and financial support for Shanghai Disney Resort. Primary responsibilities include ownership of financial models and analyses to support key business decisions, business case development, pro forma analysis, co-ordination of cross-functional projects.

资格要求Required Qualifications
? 学士学位，拥有相关领2-4年工作经验
? 拥有分析、财务、业务/产品开发或会计经验
? 责任感突出，能够在期限内完成多项工作，在极少监督的情况下准确履行工作职责
? 商业相关领域学术成绩拔尖，学习了大量财务课程
? 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模
? 突出的组织技能，关注细节
? 问题解决和关键性思维技能
? 良好的书面和口头沟通技能
? 在组织架构中突出的合作、关系建立、影响和沟通技能，以简洁积极的方式传达关键信息
? 自我激励，能够处理模棱两可的情况
? 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作
? 好奇心强、愿意学习
? 良好的商业敏锐度
? 对娱乐业和旅游业充满热情
? 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),能够快速学习和运用新技能/系统
? 中英文口头和书面均流利
o Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of work experience in related field
o Analytical, finance, business/product development, or accounting experience
o Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
o Top academic achievement with major in a business-related field with significant finance coursework
o Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
o Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
o Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
o Refined written and verbal communication skills
o Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills up and down the organizational structure to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
o Self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguity
o Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
o Natural curiosity and desire to learn
o Strong business acumen
o Enthusiasm for the entertainment and travel industries
o Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, systems, and techniques
