职位描述：
主要职责
 1、负责音视频节目的创作、后期剪辑、转码、上传、录入工作；
 2、负责社交媒体市场推广活动，如微信、Facebook、Instagram；
 3、负责管理供应商的质量和成本控制。
 4、上级交待的临时事宜；

任职资格
 1、具有优质的审美观，对音乐、创意有要求，对片子的节奏、结构、色彩、镜头语言与衔接有准确的把握；
 2、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力，有创新精神，参与技术、保证工作质量；
 3、熟练掌握后期软件Adobe Premiere Pro;
 4、精通Photoshop/I11ustrator等设计软件，有较强的美术功底和出色的网页平面设计审美，良好的视觉设计感和丰富的图形创意能力；
 5、有基本英语交流能力；
