1. Job Purpose (one statement explaining the job’s overall purpose)

1. Responsible for the development and delivery of systems and processes to optimize the movement of raw materials, non sterile WIP (Work In Progress), waste and finished product through the Suzhou EPZ including all aspects of customs clearance.

负责所有原材料，半成品，废弃物和成品的发运及出口加工区海关清关的实际操作和系统操作。

2. Review of manufacturing materials from a China and EPZ customs clearance perspective.

评估进口原材料在中国和出口加工区海关清关的相关要求。

3. Provide data and reviews on EPZ Customs service levels and capacity. Provide customs support to Suzhou business in terms of manufacturing transfers and Suzhou purchasing activities.

对出口加工区海关所提供的服务及能力提供相关信息及建议。从产品生产转移和苏州工厂采购方面出发对苏州工厂的业务提供关务的支持。

4. Review and recommend options around the ongoing management of customs, for example the use dedicated customs brokers.

5. Establish a strong relationship with the EPZ customs group and ensure that all of the procedures relating to EPZ are understood and regularly reviewed. Training the Supply department on the EPZ customs process.

6. Ensure Our client achieve A class Customs status.

积极支持我们客户苏州公司达到海关A类企业标准。

7. Manage EPZ Customs operations and meet the KPIs set by the Supply Manager which will include working to the highest standards of Health Safety & Environment and Quality systems compliance.

管理出口加工区相关海关业务的操作，并使其达到供应链经理设定的KPI指标。同时符合公司HSE和质量体系的最高标准

要求

Clear and concise English language capability.

简明清晰的英语语言能力。

College / Bachelor Degree standard education.

大专或本科学历。

Min 8 years experience in an EPZ import and export customs clearance role.

至少有8年在出口加工区从事进出口清关业务的工作经验。

Experience of electronic port system.

有电子口岸的经验。

Strong communicator with good presentation skills.

良好的表达及沟通能力。

SAP experience an advantage.

有SAP经验

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

良好的Excel使用技能。

A team player who is able to influence across functional disciplines.

作为一个能够提供相关功能原则的团队成员。

Experience of process flow mapping.

有流程图的经验。

Experience in the Medical / Pharmaceutical / Chemical industry.

有医疗，药品和化学工业的工作经验为佳

An understanding of local / national HSE guidelines and International quality standards e.g. ISO 13485
