职位描述
Position Summary:
Management track; Full time
To provide HR general support to the Suzhou factory, as well as all of their corresponding organizations. To co-manage location HR Managers and Coordinators in these Product Lines and to direct the HR service delivery to all parts of the Suzhou factory in collaboration with the Regional HR Platform.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
? Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services including total compensation, performance management, workforce planning, Leadership & Talent Management, employee engagement, valuing differences, and employee development. Leverage appropriate corporate resources, including HR Shared Services, and act as liaison between the BU and those resources.
? Assist, advise, and coach assigned Operations leadership team in Shanghai, managers, and employees with day-to-day HR needs and issues and Assist other Plant leadership team and corporate HR Managers as appropriate in China
? Support the overall integration changes for the newly acquired transfer projects and organizations.
? Forecast people requirements to support the BU's strategic objectives to include succession planning, leadership development, diversity hiring and retention strategies, career planning, engagement, and long & short term staffing plans.
? Work with the China HR team and BU's Leadership to develop and implement proactive, innovative and customer-oriented HR solutions to help the BU achieve their objectives and strategy.
? Optimize the HR Processes Lead to ensure we are effectively and efficiently managing employee data which will include managing databases, employee files, generating reports and any other aspects of data management that may arise
? Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, Country HR policies and local employment and labor laws.
? Establish proactive strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement with all managers in all Operations function in Shanghai.

Educational Qualifications:
? University degree in HR or related field, Post graduate work high want
? 6-8 years experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist in multinational manufacturing environment.
Experience Qualifications:
? 5 or more years working experience in Production/Plant Environments
? Solid understanding of the following areas: compensation, recruiting/selection, training & development or organization effectiveness (ability to recognize/understand, properly communicate and follow up with subject matter experts as needed) and lead change.
? Proven ability to anticipate innovative HR solutions needed by the Business.
? Proven effective negotiation skills; determined and skilled communicator
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated project management skills.
? Proven team leadership ability; ability to lead and influence a multi-cultural team to achieve common goals.
? Fluent in English and other languages if possible another language
? Proven experience on how to get things done within a matrix organization.
? Ability to effectively represent the Operation HR Team to our customers and highly adept at making effective presentations to our customers.
