To
provide diagnostic and quality control/assurance testing in the
microbiology laboratory to support the manufacture of sterile medical
device products

2.Principal Accountabilities (Major end results the job is expected to achieve)

Perform routine micro testing, e.g. bioburden, sterility test etc.
进行常规的微生物测试，例如：生物负载、无菌测试等
Perform PW and environmental monitoring and other general methods including culture/media preparation
纯化水和环境监测以及菌种/培养基制备等其他日常工作
Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and report abnormalities
审核获得的数据是否符合质量标准以及报告的异常性
Review of documents and performed assays
审核文件和已执行的检验
Troubleshoot microbiological OOS occurrences
解决微生物OOS问题
Write method validation/qualification protocols/reports

Perform test method and process cleaning validation

Perform required calibration/maintenance on microbiological equipment

1.Regular interact with operations QA teams to ensure all healthcare regulatory laboratory standards are being maintained

2.Coordinate and expedite the product testing process to minimize time in test and test costs

Education-bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field

Experience- three years work experience in quality assurance/quality control lab and /or related field.

Must have understanding of compendial requirements, ISO 13485/cGMP regulations and microbiological
