Position:
Deputy General Manager

Key
tasks & responsibilities:

1.
Take full responsibility for the management
of Plant which is including but not limited to following duties:

2.
Will act as the primary contact for
manufacturing activities and leads progress planning and review sessions to
discuss costs, schedule, and technical performance.

3.
Monitors all operations for regulatory and
safety compliance and report any issues

4.
Plan and coordinate production operations,
including facilities layout, training, engineering design, supply chain
activities, production sequences, and test and quality assurance.

5.
Identify manufacturing issues and provides
leadership in developing solutions such as re-allocation of resources or
modifying manufacturing or supply chain processes.

6.
Must have experience in implementing and
managing LEAN teams.

7.
Drive for implementation of 6 Sigma

8.
Participate in the development and implements
annual and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial
objectives and participates in the development of overall unit/Division/Group
annual and long-term objectives.

9.
Participate in contract negotiations and
contract modifications.

10.
Participate in the preparation of proposals,
business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets
and financial terms/conditions of contract(s).

11.
Direct and actively participates in the staff
planning to include: attraction, assessment, selection, hiring, retention, and
employee development of human resources to ensure the availability of the
required management, professional, and technical talent.

12.
Responsible for observing all laws,
regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is
conducted on behalf of the Company.

13.
Expected to establish and maintain a safe
working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and
practices.

14.
Planning, scheduling, and managing of the
manufacturing operation(s) to achieve objectives using MRP / ERP systems

15.
To deliver satisfactory results based on the
targets set by operational team;

16.
To reduce the manufacturing costs gradually
meet the financial target.

17.
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in
accordance with safety management system. Including:

Implement and drive quality procedure and
policies in accordance with the ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance
system.

19.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time
to time.

Skills
and knowledge required:

1.
Bachelor degree in engineering field.

2.
10 years' experience in manufacturing, with
at least 5 years of managerial experience.

3.
Proficiency in both spoken and written
English, good interpersonal and communication skills.

4.
Strong leadership skills, independent
thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical
and problem solving skills are essential.

5.
Must possess the ability to resolve unusually
complex management and technical problems; and serve as spokesperson.

6.
Strong communication, leadership,
presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective
interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and
support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives.

7.
Customer focused, must be able to work on a
self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours
and travel as required.

8.
Lean / 6 Sigma designations

9.
Proven ability to reduce costs

10.
Experience with MRP / ERP

11.
Experience is Clean Room (Class 10k )
operations

12.
Experience with Facilities management
