Responsibility;
1. This job description covers the skills & responsibilities for the R&D Quality Engineering Manager that will be located in the China R&D facility.
2. R&D Quality Engineering manager is responsible for:
3. Manage the development and continuous improvement of Quality Systems for China R&D in alignment with regional / franchise objectives and sector/corporate quality standards.
4. Ensure site compliance with the Suzhou and BU/Franchise Quality Management Systems, government regulations & international standards requirements.
5. Manage Team of Quality Engineers supporting product development efforts in the China R&D Facility and New Business Development assessments in AP

Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:
1. Education / Degree Required: Bachelor or above in engineering or scientific discipline
2. Job Experience: 7-10 years +
3. Bilingual: English/Mandarin required
4. Supervisory experience guiding individuals, setting groups goals and objectives, and managing performance
5. Cross-functional relationship building and partnering with other functional leads
6. Effective team interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments.
7. Oral & written communication in Mandarin and English
8. Quality assertiveness and quality mindedness
9. Strong background in Quality System development and management
10.Extensive experience with ISO 13485/QSR Design Control standards
11.Self-managed—works independently to set goals and monitor performance
12.Analytical & creative thinking
13.Project management—support multiple projects simultaneously
14.Strong problem-solving skills and able to set priorities in a complex and constantly changing environment.
15.Organizational —can synthesize information from a variety of sources
16.Capable—understand new concepts quickly
17.Experience managing audits —against ISO (International Organization for Standardization), QSR (Quality Systems Regulations) & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
18.Research— maintain on-going learning of industry, regulations
19.Expert Knowledge of:
20.Regulatory compliance: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices),GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), MDD (Medical Devices Directive), 510K (Pre-market Notification)
21.Government, trade association, industry & medical publications
22.Statistics and Process Excellence Skills
23.Product design and manufacturing for Medical Devices
