Responsibility
1) Set up environmental policy, objective and target for site
2) Implement and maintain EMS, make it alive
3) Train and coach environmental staffs.
4) Legislation identification and evaluation ensure company complies with all environmental regulations according to related laws
5) Involve environmental related permitting work.
6) Environmental Aspects and impacts identification and ranking
7) Develop environmental related procedures to control environmental risks
8) Develop environmental emergency response plan for site
9) Conduct environmental checks, and investigate accidents/incidents and make solutions and preventive proposals.
10) Provide support for the project which may have environmental impact
11) Involve MOC process to make sure all changes meet environmental requirement.
12) Active monitor site environmental performance
13) Work closely with local EPB to improve site environmental performance
14) Manage over all environmental improvement projects
15) Evaluate and select waste disposal supplier.
16) Work closely with operation team to reduce waste.

Qualification/ requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above (Major: Environmental or chemical engineering related)
2) More than 5 years environmental working experience, chemical industry background is preferred.
3) At least one year management experience (take leader role)
4) Familiar with environmental permitting requirements, either operation or project stage.
5) Familiar with ISO14001 / RC system,
