Responsibilities:
1. Establish the objective and target for dept.
2. Identify and evaluate the industry hygiene hazard for specific work area.
3. Develop hazard control procedures.
4. Provide training for employees.
5. Working condition monitoring and testing, and make sure fully comply with legal requirements.
6. Compliance management, including legislation collection and evaluation, permit application, etc.
7. Maintain good relationship with local agency.
8. CMR(Carcinogens, mutagens or substances toxic to reproduction are hazardous to human health) substances investigation and reduction.
9. Identify the critical tasks for each operation unit, and conduct risk analysis for them.
10. Continue to improve work condition for operation area.
11.Provide support for expansion project.
12. Conduct frequently audit for site.


Qualifications / Requirements
1. Bachelor of Hygiene, Chemical, Safety Engineering, or related background
2. At least 3 years working experience
3. Good understanding of hygiene analysis methodology and tools
4. Be familiar with China EHS laws, regulations and related standards etc.
