职位描述
Position: Plant Manager
我们客户是一家欧美的化工公司，目前需要招聘plant manager.
Responsibility:
Take full responsibilities to lead plant operation, and lead expansion project to support our client business growth in China region.
1. Lead the plant operation team to achieve outstanding plant operation performance
2. Protect our client China technology and process know-how
3. Lead the expansion projects approved by board of directors
4. Lead operational team to achieve growth target set down in the strategic plan and annual budget
5. Build up a strong and high competitive local operation team
6. Work as strategy committee member to jointly set up annual business plan and execute
7. Responsible for operational cost control and productivity enhancement
8. Partially responsible for governmental relations efforts at National, Provincial and City levels in China
9. Follow up reporting matrix to present operational management report
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated leadership success and people skills, with proven capability to grow people
2. Solid communication skills across the organization, with external stakeholders such as government bureau
3. Fluent in both written and oral English
4. Ability to interpret financial data and reports, have good understanding of KPIs for the plant operation
5. Strong strategic mind-set to achieve optimization of plant operation with continuous improvement efforts
6. A team player, with strong team mind-set
7. A MBA education background will be a plus
8. University graduate with a engineering / science degree, in chemical or metallurgy discipline
9. Over 10 years working experience in chemical or metallurgic industry or other industry related, with over 5 years solid management experience of production and/or plant management
10. Middle size plant setting up project experience, be main responsible person from zero to fully starting up
11. Relevant experience with a multi-national company
