职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

Facility design support on individual dealers (25%)
-Dealership design coordination and management.
-Ensure dealer’s design match Volvo’s standard and raise suggestions to optimize design.
-Develop Investment analysis according to the design.

Project tracking, coordination and management on individual dealers (25%)
-Monitoring individual project status according to plan and raise warning to dealers if necessary.
-Ensure dealers achieve Volvo dealer investment & facility standard.
-Dealer network CI supplier’s evaluation and mgmt.

Support network planning (25%)
-Help the investor selection for the assigned cities.
-Develop the roll out strategy for the new retail format and establish the investor selection process for the new retail format.
-Other assignments from the supervisor.

Facility Standard Development (10%)
-Dealer network CI benchmarking and planning.
-Develop facility standard according to updated requirements.

Retail Facility Design and Construction Plan (10%)
-Develop facility design and construction plan according to Network develop plan.

Facility maintenance management (5%)
-Manage existing dealer facility audit process and raise suggestions to dealers for facility modification.
-Manage existing dealer facility database, and update dealer profile once there is any change.
Qualification:
-Timely open of new & upgraded facility certified dealers.
-Existing dealers’ facility compliance and quality.
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Major in architectural, industry design, and construction design, general business management will be preferred.
-At least 2 years in auto dealer network development area or 3 years in retailing environment development or construction area in China.
-Proficient with AutoCAD and able to use MS Office (esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
-Strong capabilities in preparing reports, illustrations of analysis results as well as presentations.
-Willing to travel very frequently within China.
