Job Description
1. To monitor and settle instructions in a timely manner
2. To produce all reports and update cash balance accurately
3. To escalate unsolved items in a timely manner
4. Cooperate and work with other teams closely to resolve issues
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. To ensure the reports are prepared accurately and timely in accordance with clients’ request
2. To provide support to business units and other teams
3. Liaise with relevant parties to resolve issues
4. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields
2. Banking/Financial experience is an advantage
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Service-minded attitude
5. Have a good team work spirit
6. Be able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
