职位描述：
Job purpose:
1, To provide compliance with HEINEKEN Global OHS Policy, HeiRule, Global Supply Chain Standards and procedures and all statutory provisions and safety management system.
2, To further develop, improve & maintain the HEINEKEN safety management system based on OSHAS 18001or equal and promote a positive safety culture with the objective of minimizing injuries and unplanned occurrences.
3, To provide a safety auditing function to HEINEKEN CHINA.
4, To provide communication, support and training on health & safety issues.
5, To provide specialist advice, at all levels within the HEINEKEN CHINA.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Design and/ Implement Health & Safety systems
? Implement Health & Safety culture through implementation of TPM. Lead by example by leading HEINEKEN China Company-Wide safety pillar
? Develop and assist in management of safety system to ensure compliance with all local legal and HEINEKEN corporate requirements including Global Supply Chain guidelines, in conjunction with all operations functions.
? Develop the necessary health & safety systems, procedures, and methods to support a zero injury culture.
? Provide training and coaching to all personnel in regulatory and corporate requirements and methods to maintain a healthy & safe workplace.
? Encourage and facilitate colleague engagement in promotion of health & safety topics.
? Ensure robust systems are in place for various aspects of the safety management system including risk assessment, safety training, accident/incident investigations, management of change, auditing.
2, Audit
? Implement the company wide self-audit program for safety and monitor the quality of the audits and report results to the region and corporate. Support external verification helping the auditor to gather requested information to be able to make a fair assessment of the safety performance.
? During visits to the various HEINEKEN China units including Production Sites, Depots. Review & validate the implementation of standards and procedures to ensure data integrity and high level of compliance standards.
? Ensure timely monthly reporting and investigation of accidents/incidents through global companywide reporting system.
? Support HEINEKEN China in ensuring prompt and thorough root cause investigation.
? Following up of all corrective and preventive action, to a satisfactory conclusion.
3, Work with local authorities
? Liaison with local or national safety authorities, fire authorities and other governmental bodies as required.

Qualifications:
1, University degree in Engineering discipline (or other related discipline).
2, At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate a track record of implementation of occupational health & safety management systems in the brewing industry or similar.
3, Fluent in English & Chinese.
4, Further training in several safety affairs courses (risk management, occupational health & safety practices, accredited/certified OHS auditor, accident/incident investigation, emergency response, fire-fighting are beneficial).
5, An in depth knowledge of relevant safety legislation is essential, as is a need to stay abreast of new developments.
6, Knowledge of OSHA 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
