Job description:
- Preparation of Sales Offers and Negotiations with Customers in accordance with Supervisor
- Obey and meet Project targets (see above)
- Participate in (Customer-) Problem solving, Profitability improvement measures, technical changes incorporation
- Check of Documents and Contracts such as Business Awards, Purchasing Terms and Conditions, Warranty Agreements….
- Survey and analyze market in regards to sales potentials, Survey of competitors, input to yearly sales planning of the Brose Group
- Survey of Customer strategy and activities, pro-active recognition and influencing of customer targets in marketing, development and purchasing
- Establish and maintain customer relationship with BBA or BBAC, Coordinate SOP and EOP including service parts and define lifetime demands, coordination of tooling disposition
- Establish and maintain SAP sales data, Analyze and provide conclusions of sales figures (maus planning, CUP and others)
- Strong competence and rich knowledge of cost breakdown
- Good business acumen and skills in negotiation with customers
- Willing to learn and full patience of new products and new tools
Job requirements:
- University degree in mechanical engineering or business economics or similar skills and qualification acquired through business experience, mother tongue Chinese (mandarin)
- 3-5 years experience, preferable in automotive industry
- Skilled in negotiation techniques
- Basic technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology
- Master MS Office software and SAP
- Fluent English and Chinese, German is optional
- Trustful personality, capable of working with high independency and responsibility
- Readiness for frequent business travel and highly motivated to work in an international team
