职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Strategy Development
? Facilitate annual corporate Strategic Planning Exercise in reviewing and developing the Group’s strategic goals and objectives
? Work with internal departments and business units to ensure integration and alignment of business strategies
? Translate strategic goals, objectives and business strategies into Corporate Strategy Map and Balanced Score Card (BSC) as well as cascading them to internal departments and business units
? Facilitate the communication of corporate direction and strategies within the Group
? Support / Facilitate and value-add to the strategic planning process for internal departments and business units and ensuring its alignment to the Group’s strategic goals and objectives
 
Performance Management
? Monitor and analyse performance at corporate level
? Monitor and support performance analysis of internal departments and business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives
? Manage in-house Strategy Management (BSC) Dashboard to ensure its usefulness and effectiveness as a tool to support performance reviews
? Support quarterly reporting of Group’s performance and half-yearly reporting of business units’ performance
? Support the annual performance management process

Others
? Drive corporate level strategic initiatives
? Regular review of the strategic planning process for continuous improvement

Prerequisites:
? Degree in Business/Business Administration/Real Estate or equivalent
? Minimum 3-5 years of strategic planning / strategy formulation experience
? Good understanding of Balanced Scorecard and/or other performance management tools is an advantage
? Able to patiently engage and coordinate with internal customers from different functions and levels
? Strategic in thinking, meticulous in implementation
? Self-driven and independent team player
? Strong analytical, written and presentation skills 举报 分享
