职位描述：
主要职责:
1. 负责风机/马达电子驱动线路板的软件设计。与硬件工程师配合完成电路板样品的制作、调试和测试。
2. 制定电路板的可靠性和寿命测试计划。
3. 协助产品应用工程师和销售了解产品性能并编写产品规格书。
4. 对生产中遇到的质量问题提供现场技术支持并协助解决。

技能要求:
1. 电子信息、电气信息、电机控制或相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 三年以上BLDC电机驱动、变频器或开关电源行业工作经验。
3. 熟练进行单机软件开发、调试与测试。
4. 了解电子行业的相关标准和测试方法。
5. 了解电路原理图，熟悉基本的电子元件器和电路。
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的沟通能力。
7. 具有团队合作精神。
8. 具备以下条件者优先：
? 熟悉STM32/STM8或PIC系列单片机。
? 了解硬件开发。
? 了解BLDC电机工作和控制原理。
? 熟悉通风机的应用，理解风机行业的客户需求。
Job Description
Position: Electronic Engineer (Software) / Senior Electronic Engineer (Software)
Report to: Electronic Engineering Director
Location: Songjiang, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. In charge of software design for FAN / Motor electronic. Also including the prototype building, debug and test with cooperation of hardware engineer.
2. Compile reliability and life testing plan for control board.
3. Technical resource to help application engineers and sales understanding the technical aspects of product, making production specification.
4. Onsite technical support to set and oversee BLDC/Fan production processes, Support testing and problem-solving.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Motor Control or related field.
2. Three years and above experience at electronic control design & development on BLDC motor driver, Inverter or SMPS driver.
3. Skill on MCU software development, debug and testing.
4. Understand electronic schematic and layout, familiar with basic electronic component and circuit.
5. Know the relevant standard and test method well.
6. Good English language skills at reading, speaking and writing, good communication skills.
7. Proven ability to team work.
8. Prefer to but not must:
? Familiar with STM32/STM8 or PIC controllers.
? Know hardware development.
? Know BLDC motor working principle and control algorithm.
? Familiar with Fan/Blower application and understand customer requirement. 举报 分享
