- 三年以上质控行业相关工作经验，曾在第三方验货公司任职者优先考虑
- 熟悉质控统计标准和应用方法
- 精通电器及电子电气类产品和其相关生产知识
- 出色的文档整理能力
- 具有相关安全标准的基本知识
- 对测试工具和设备具有操作及核查的经验
- 根据AQL体系对质量问题的认定和其起因有良好的判断能力
- 作为团队成员能积极主动地有效执行任务
- 愿意广泛地出差
- 在关键生产阶段驻厂
- 良好的差旅成本控制技巧
- 能在压力下独立工作
- 努力工作，具有高度的责任感；
- 诚实，不受贿

工作职责：

- 仔细检验验货样，数量、规格等
- 监督、评估制造方法及生产流程
- 核查产品关键部件以及结构的安全性
- 根据产品说明书和检验标准进行功能测试
- 独立跟进产品的生产，如生产线上检验做工
- 执行生产线验货，最终验货，取样等任务
- 按照公司要求准备最终英文检验报告
- 对工厂进行产品相关要求的指导，如公司的包装要求，质量标准要求
- 通过参加培训以及阅读技术出版物提升自己的专业知识
- 主管布置的其他任务

Requirement:

- Education: University degree in the field of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years' related QA/QC experience, preferably from a 3rd party inspection company
- Familiar with statistical quality control standard and application methods
- Well versed with electrical and electronic production knowledge
- Excellent documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of relevant safety standards
- Experience with operation and verification of testing tools and equipment
- Good judgment in determining quality problems and their causes according to the AQL level
- Team worker with initiative and skills to implement
- Willing to travel extensively
- Able to stay at production facility during critical production phase (overnight stay)
- Well cost control skill during trip
- Work independent and under pressure
- High responsibility and hardworking
- Honest, un-bribable
- Good oral and written English

Responsibility:

- Checking counter samples, size, sets, PP samples etc.
- Monitoring and assessment of manufacturing methods and procedures
- Verification of safety critical components and construction
- Carry out function tests according to instruction manual and inspection standards
- Independent production follow up, e.g. check workmanship during the production line
- Carry out the In-line, FRI inspection and pick-up samples task and so on
- Preparing for final inspection reports in English as per Kaufland’s requirement
- Guide factories with product related requirements, like Kaufland’s packaging and quality criteria
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications
- All the other tasks from the supervisor
