Summary of job description
1. Tracking inspection reports according to related inspection requirements on time.
2. Archive collected inspection reports.
3. Scran and upload inspection reports to relevant system.
4. Storage paper reports according to related requirements
5.Report documents status to leader regularly
6. Handle quality documents from intra-group company.
7. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Competencies:
College degree, internship is acceptable
Good command in communication skill in both written and oral English
Good working knowledge of computer and microsoft office
SAP operation is a plus
