Job description
l Accountable for managing projects within project schedule, quality and cost constraints
2 Responsible for project implementation and support service
3 Responsible for user training and documentation development
4 Deliver project and risk review services
5 Support and coordinate on the administrative processes required for the department
6 Assist sales to do pre-sales affair
Skill & Competency
1 Excellent in Excel knowledge is an advantage
2 Good at database management such as MS SQL / C#
3 Good in written and spoken Mandarin and English
4 Confident personality to work in project team
5 Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
6 Excellent communication skills
Experience
1 At least 5 years ERP project implementation experience.
2 University degree in IT or Software Developing
3 Over 3 years hands-on experience implementation of HRMS software packages is a plus

1. 在人事软件项目实施过程中,有效控制项目进度,确保实施质量,及有效的成本控制
2. 负责项目的实施及技术支持
3. 负责用户培训及文档准备
4. 完成项目及提供风险评估
5. 控制及协调部门间所需的管理程序
6. 协助销售做相关的售前工作
技能要求:
1. 熟练掌握Excel
2. 擅长数据库管理;比如MS SQL/ORACLE 等
3. 熟练掌握普通话及英文的听说读写
4. 在项目团队工作中有自信心
5. 主动性强,能承受工作压力
6. 良好的沟通技巧
工作经验:
1. 至少5年以上ERP项目实施经验
2. 计算机专业、软件开发专业优先
3. 有超过3年人事软件实施经验者优先
