Key Responsibilities:
? Delivery of HR services.
? Facilitate the implementation of Global HR plans, as per defined Global HR Strategy.
? Provide professional advice and services to business area or geographical region management relating to people processes and activities to ensure appropriate company values are maintained.
? Support in the development and maintenance of key Global HR processes and policies to ensure timely delivery.
? Manage key relationships to ensure delivery and buy in for HR activities and projects.
? Build excellent working relationships with the Global HR team to influence and understand Global HR activities.
? Close Business Partnership approach, providing advice and support on HR issues
? Cooperation on performance reviews, learning and development, annual salary and bonus review, HR planning
? Local auditing and quality ownership of local HR policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
? Previous experience in related HR Business Partner position with multi-national exposure within the APAC region
? Professional qualification in HR
? Excellent working knowledge of local labour code(s)
? Bilingual at a business level with English and Mandarin
? Comfortable being remotely managed
? Audit, Legal/ Tax Compliance and Quality experience preferred
? Previous experience working in a high pressure and workload environment
? Customer focused with a consultative approach and highly skilled influencer
? Creative & innovative solution focused experience
? Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done
? Proactive, pragmatic, self-motivated and credible
? Good communicator, able to build rapport quickly and talk knowledgably/credibly on HR matters and in provide sound advice and guidance to people across the business.
? Strong influencing skills
? Collaborative working style and approach
? Hands-on with local required tasks
