Major Responsibilities

– Assumes role of day-to-day client contact

– Maintains constant communication with Business Director on account status

– Knowledge of the client’s business by continuous research and analysis of brand, and its competitors 

– Develop campaigns from start to finish, including project management, execution and timeline management

– Drive initiatives, write strong agency briefs, recap of comments and contact reports

– Contribute to strategic and creative development

– Ensures smooth running of finances and administrative systems

– Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed

– Act as lead Agency among media and digital agencies to ensure smooth and precise communication

Qualifications and Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree required 

– 8+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency, FMCG experience preferred

– Fluent in spoken and written English

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

– Good Interpersonal skill

– Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required

– Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability

– Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail

– Proactive and follow through skills

– Accept overtime work
