职位描述：
This is a position in Novus Marketing team with 2 years' employment contract under FSG （上海外服）。

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate NEA on event management, Commercial gifts procurement, Payment application & management:
1. Support the execution of marketing plan on event management: coordinate with external vendor and internal team to ensure successful run with provided resources and budget, deliver event report & support track according to requirements.
市场活动支持：协调公司内部及供应商以确保各种市场活动顺利圆满完成，递交活动报告并按要求进行后续跟进。
2. Purchase qualified commercial gifts/giveaways with best price after vendor selection & compare.
供应商甄选并以最优价格进行优质商务礼品、促销品等购买。
3. Vendors Coordination, support Marketing Manager to evaluate and select qualified ones and ensure efficient supply & apply to compliance.
供应商协调：协助市场经理评估、选择合格的供应商，并确保其及时供应及符合公司流程及政策规定。
4. Campaign payment application for marketing team, and deliver monthly marketing expense report on time.
部门费用管理：支持市场部付款、记录、整理，并按时递交每月费用分析报告
5. Daily communication with Sales/Technical Service team, etc. understand the customers’ needs and assist in up-to-date marketing solution processing.
与公司的销售和技术团队等保持日常的良好沟通，充分了解客户需求，并应用到不断更新的市场活动解决方案中去。
6. Other ad-hoc assignments by Manager.
市场传讯经理安排的其他任务。

Requirements:

1. BA majored in Marketing, Management, Animal Science or other equivalent functions, experience in Mar-com/ event management for 2+ years.
市场营销，管理学，动物科学或其他相关专业本科学位，2年以上的市场传讯工作经验或活动管理。
2. Experience in industry of Animal Health, Feed or Feed additive, or Pharma company would be an advantage.
在动物保健、饲料或者饲料添加剂行业的工作经历为佳。
3. Strong communication and coordination skills. Customer oriented, result driven, capability of working independently and under pressure.
善于沟通和协调。以客户导向及结果导向的行为准则，能够在压力下独立完成工作。
4. Excellent in MS Office tools, especially excel and ppt. Proficient in both English and Chinese, be a team-player.
