MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 :
Asst. Manager is response to the training and implementation of all department regulation, rule, procedure and policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implementation, and make any correcting and rectifying suggestions.
Assist Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guest and associate and their property. Participate in investigation and report in accident & incident if necessary.
In the absence of manager, Asst. Manager may take the entire responsibility, attend daily Executive Meeting, response to any emergency and make decision, etc.

1. Security Operation安全操作
? Integrate corporate policies, procedure, guidelines, regulation and directives into the regulation of department. The safety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are the essential requirement.

? Monitor the working performance of Loss Prevention personnel; ensure there are compatible to their duties. Give advice to improve their performance if appropriate.

? Assist manager to prepare department budget.

? Prepare and appraisal duty responsibility for each position and duty in order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day security activities and functions.

? Inspect on security systems and equipment regularly. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security are met.

? Assist in the recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating performance and administration of all loss Prevention personnel.

? Liaise with Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant local authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them.

? Assist manager to improve the understanding of security & safety among all associates.

5. Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生
? Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.

? Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel was clear and obey these standards.

6. Attendance出勤
? Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.

? All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.

? Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations. Ensure all department personnel understand and follow these rules & regulation.

? Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.
