职位描述：

Job descriptions:

- Work jointly and proactively within business as a trusted partner and challenger.

- Lead and standardize Annual Financial Planning & Budgeting process which includes defining the process, formats and review schedule.

- Being responsible for the preparation of financial, budgetary, and forecasting

reporting for China. Lead the periodic review and updates of the plan & forecast. Drive to improve the accuracy and efficiency of rolling forecast.

- Provide detail analysis and sound explanations on above reports to track business

performance i.e. the variance drivers between the actual and forecast / budget, the outlook of key sales and operating performance indexes, etc.

- Monitor expenses and cost expenditures in China and drive cost efficiency.

- Support investment appraisals by providing financial analysis and key financial

insights. Evaluate the performance and return of the investment projects in order to provide insights for future development.

- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and forecast to help identify both new business

and potential risks to future business performance.

- Any ad hoc request from China Finance Controller.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field along with Financial Management experience. MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent credential a definite plus.
• Proficient in ERP system, management reporting system (Hyperion, BI, etc) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and word);
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
• Strong in both analytical and communication skills;
• Prior working experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
