Job Requirement: Job Description:
* Preparation of Forecasts, Budget and the Midterm planning for dedicated Business Group & Region
* Monthly cost analysis Report (deadline 10th of each month):
Analysis and Controlling of Cost Accounting of all China plants
- Cost calculating according to weighted average method
- Material consumption analysis (Cost Calculating in excel)
* Review Business plan for all BA China projects
* To ensure all SAPSEM Reports of all China plants are finished correctly and punctually (adherence to the deadline)
* Control and ensure all following monthly reports of all BA China plants are always sent to LEONI Germany correctly and on time
- weekly Bank Balance report and FX-Report,
- monthly Rolling FC report for Inventory, AR and Capex, monthly Logistic costs report
* Monthly Plan
- Actual Comparison analysis based on SAP SEM Report. Income statement, Balance Sheet, Other costs report, Plant cost rate report, Capital employed and Free cash flow
* Request processing/ evaluation
- Necessity verification
- Identification/ grouping of similar requests
- Status changing and request prioritization based on board decision (denial/ postponement or approval of requests for further processing in the portfolio database)
- Evaluation of requests especially regarding strategic fit & benefits
- Communication and documentation of decisions/ results
* Coordination and conduction of Business Group / Business Unit Decision Boards
* Requirements from LEONI Germany and from other departments and quartly Data entry for Target Agreement

Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
* F&A or Economy related training
* >10 yrs in costing and controlling experience
* Good at SAP,Excel, PPT, etc.
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Ability to set priorities, meet deadline, manage projects, honest to drive the business
* CMA is a perfect
