职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Check employee expense reports and vendor payments with invoices and prepare advanced reminders to ensure payments are paid in time;
2. Generate and prepare relevant financial reports and works assigned by supervisors and company management team;
3. Provide overall assistance to the Finance Team;

Job requirements:
1. Must be detail oriented,observant, reliable, and highly attentive;
2. Patient, careful, supportive and with strong team work spirit;
3. Have a logical, methodical approach to problem solving, and be able to work within a team;
4. Qualified accountant certificate;
5. Excellence in excel skills is required;
6. Have minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience;
7. Ability to meet deadlines without failure, and to follow through on all assignments;
8. Ability to read and write in English via email;
