职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Maximum responsible for development of new project with her/his project team from project start to project end (quotation, start developments, samples, PS, launch, and closed.)
带领项目小组全权负责新项目开发工作,从项目报价开始到项目关闭移交.
2.Key contact window with customer for all technical topic and planning during quotation period.
在报价阶段作为客户沟通窗口与之讨论关于技术和排期相关问题.
3.Lead and coordinate the project team to have all information for quotation and to provide risk assessment report.
领导和协调项目小组提供信息进行报价和提供风险评估报告.
4.Effective and professional communication internally and externally to determine project requirements, coordinates project activities, and provides direction
高效专业地进行内外部沟通,决定项目需求,协调项目规划, 以及提供方向.
5.Manage and coordinates activities of project development with project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget and resources.
与项目小组一起管理和协调项目开发活动保证项目进度,进行成本控制
6.Be a facilitator of cross functions activities from project start to project end (quotation, start developments, samples, PS, launch, and closed.)
作为主导者进行部门合作活动从项目报价开始到项目移交关闭
7.Responsible for project review with project team and customer.
负责和项目小组和客户对项目进行定期检查.
8.Work with project team to ensure quality layer for new project in line with customer’ s requirements
与项目小组一起保证新产品的质量水平满足客户的要求.
9.Maintain high level relationship and connection with customers for more mutual understanding.
与客户保持良好的关系和沟通有利于相互理解.
10.Direct and coordinate all action to improve the new development with project team.
指导和协调活动以改善新产品的开发.
11.Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework of legitimate authorization.
上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
教育背景/Education background:
◆Bachelor degree or above in mechanics or mechanical engineering.
机械（工程）本科或以上学历。


经 验/Experience:
◆Minimum 3 years working experience in plastic packaging product development .( cosmetic industry)
3年以上化妆品行业塑料包装产品开发经验.

技能技巧/Technical Skills:
◆Know well in plastic product design, plastic mould and process, with excellent experience in R&D project management.
熟悉塑胶产品的设计，熟悉塑胶模具及其工艺。有优秀的项目管理经验。
◆With good organizing ability and be good communication skills.
具有良好的组织协调能力，善于沟通。
◆Skillful for Solid works.
熟练使用Solid works软件。
◆ Capable of working under pressure.
能在压力下工作.
◆Good English in reading, writing, listening, speaking.( also France)
英语读写听说良好(法语优先考虑)
