职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide engineering support for a product or product range through all phases of product development and mass manufacturing. Stand on Lean Manufacturing, to improve continuously on Production Productivity & Quality & Cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1 Industrial Engineering
1.1 Drive Lean Manufacturing to overall improve factory production system & productivity, cost down, etc.
1.2 Identify and analysis needed line capacity and TAKT time for each product according to sales order and forecast.
1.3 Analysis and optimize actual Cycle Time for product and balance well for each station.
1.4 Establish and optimize plant/line layout and equipment location to get proper product/material flow and manufacturing flexibility.
1.5 Support line leader for site management improvement, such as 5S.
2 Production Engineering
2.1 Responsible for the management of BOM lists in ERP system for assigned product range.
2.2 Standardize & optimize manufacturing process for assembly & test & package & final check, and then compile clear and understandable instructions (SOP) for production.
2.3 Review and analyze the mechanical & electrical & hydraulic structures to solve & prevent potential issues and improve efficiency & convenience for manufacturing & service.
2.4 Design or introduce (error-proofing) assembly/test/inspection fixtures to improve efficiency and quality.
2.5 Troubleshooting & take actions for issues on site and customer complaints, etc.;
2.6 Training on site for new products and any new process or change.
2.7 Plan and take actions on Production Quality performace improvement.
3 Factory Project Management
3.1 Launch Continuous Improvement project to improve efficiency,quality and reduce down waste etc.
3.2 Coordinate and introduce Engineering Change into mass production products
3.3 Any other assigned tasks/projects from direct manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Minimum 4 years bachelor in Engineering field.
2 Minimum 5 years work experience as Production Engineer / Industrial Engineer or similar.
3 Be able to communicate with customers directly for Engineering Changes and during development of new projects. 
4 Good experience in NPI New Project Introduction. 
5 Good understanding of different production processes.
6 Being familiar with different improvement methods necessary.
7 Demonstrated trouble-shooting & problem-solving ability.
8 Demonstrated experience on Lean Manufacturing
9 Demonstrated experience on Project Management
10 Must have experience in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
11 Strong communication ability in both oral and written in Chinese but also in English. 
12 Strong willing on continuous improvement for company and personnel both
13 With passion, self-motivation, teamwork spirit

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
2 Good sense of design of documents
3 3D CAD software experience a plus
4 Ability to pay attention to details
