职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY:
  Act as the primary interface with Engineering, Sales & Program Management for critical new and developing commercial issues. Responsible for pursuing, evaluating and setting direction of new business in collaboration with sales, maximizing synergy between regions & product groups.
The owner of the position is responsible for new products extension into customers in AP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support Sales to achieve the committed Net New Business objective (NNB)
2.Definition of future TBL
3.Support on the preparation of the yearly budgets based on new products, running programs and new TBL
4.Identify Product gaps and manage the alignment of Operations resources and opportunities for the introduction and deployment of new products in AP
5.Identify trends and market dynamics
6.Global connection to Product Line Strategy, lead strategy regional execution
7.New product extension to current and new customers
8.Connection to I3 new PD with Advanced Engineering
9.Participate in business development and strategic planning sessions
10.Mentor team members by providing support and guidance
11.Advice Senior Sale and Engineering Staff regarding upcoming opportunities.
12.Organize and drive internal product trainings for sales & Engineering

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
1.Bachelors Degree in business or engineering
2.Master’s Degree preferred.
3.3-5 years experience in the automotive industry and in dealing with OEM
4.Program Management experience in OEM Environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1.Wide industry knowledge of customers, competitors, products and dynamics
2.Understanding of the Advanced Product Quality Planning Process
3.Works autonomously and in a team environment
4.Strong understanding of cost structure and drivers
5.Ability to influence, motivate and control situations
