职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
? Support all AP Vehicle Planning deliverables for milestones as Lead Planning Activity
? Assist in the development of AP segment and carline product proposals that meet customer needs across AP markets including China, India, ASEAN and etc.
? Help coordinate the phase-in of corporate and regulatory directives, (including fuel economy, emissions, technology and feature plans) for AP.
? Act as main interface with JV or outside partners, global platform teams, and AP functional team such as Vehicle Engineering, Basic Design, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Quality to drive program milestone approvals
? Analyze new business and product opportunities to improve Vehicle Line profitability.
? Support special product and market studies to deliver AP business needs.
Qualification:
? 3 to 5-year working experience in planning/strategy or program experience (product planning, program management, business planning).
? Working knowledge of GPDS (Global Product Development Process)
? Familiar with milestone approval process
? Knowledge on product planning process, including product content difinition, investment estimation, cost analysis, multi-function needs consolidation and etc.
? Familiarity with GPDS deliverables and Global / Regional Planning Roles & Responsibilities
? Experience in competitive analysis, business case development and strategy development; strong business acumen skills
? Experience with automotive technologies and components
? Outstanding communication skills, including paper writing / PowerPoint
? High motivation, High quality standard
? High integrity with great attitude and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment
? Flexibility on meeting schedules due to some time zone differences.
? Can use at least one prototype design tool, e.g. Axure
