职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Duties:

1. 负责客户文件设计的管理工作；
Be resposible for packaging design management.
2. 跟进客户需求，理解客户文件设计的规范；
Follow up the client's requiremends and understand client's guidelines.
3. 跟排版制作人员和印前制作人员紧密合作的，合理安排工作进度，每周项目进度报告；
Work with production artist and prepress operatiors closely,arrange their works properly.Weekly reporting.
4. 及时跟进和协调文件制作过程的问题;
Follow up and coordinate with related parties about artworks production issues.
5. 公司安排的其他工作

技能要求Capabilties requirements：

1. 本科以上学历，英语读，说，听和写良好(需要跟新加坡，印度和法国同事沟通)，能在工作中跟外籍同事流利沟通；
College degree or above, good English writting,reading, listening and speaking, can communicate with foreigners directly.
2. 需要很强的合作意识，责任感，有耐心，工作细心;
Strong team work spirit ,responsible, patient and detial-oriented.3. 了解印前设计基本流程
Familiar with workflow of pacakging design, prepress.
4. 良好的沟通能力，能和客户保持良好的合作关系
Good communication skills ,able to maintain good relationship with clients.
5. 有印前媒体公司工作经验者优先。
