职位描述：
Ensure that all displays of Safilo products and Brands’ logos and images are well delivered and correctly implemented according to company standards across Safilo Customers’ retail network.
He/ She will be reporting to Visual Merchandizer Supervisor.

He/ She is responsible for :
1. Taking and collecting stores’ pictures in the assigned area/ clients.
2. Comparing pictures every month to verify if shop’s visual merchandising is being improved in order to build strong brand image in the market.
3. Highlighting and communicating through reports any issue (unqualified displays etc.) to SISDM Manager and follow up to ensure they are solved.
4. Follow new store opening/ renovation projects to support on the in-store VM tools installment plan.
5. Support on the seasonal POP planning, allocation, distribution for own regions, including showcards, duratrans and displays
6. Seasonal windows and institutional windows dress up communication, distribution and photo collection
7. Visit the stores in the assigned area, check on and actively improve VM of all shop. train the store staff on correct implementation on VM tools.
In carrying out his/her role, he/she works in compliance with the procedures and service orders given by the Company and is responsible for informing and training his/her collaborators on the content and application of the aforementioned procedures as well as on service orders, checking that they are put into effect correctly.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years VM experience
2. Experience in giving training to retail staff
3. Bachelor’s degree
4. Ability to travel within assigned territory
5. Fluent in English
6. Detail Orientation
