Main Responsibilities
岗位职责

? Configure ticket products in Galaxy ticketing system as required
按要求在票务系统中配置相关产品
? Create, change, and delete user accounts per request in multiple systems
按要求在多个系统中进行用户管理，包括新增用户，移除用户，用户权限调整
? Manage the coupon configuration as required and testing efforts in Galaxy ticketing system, support the reconciliation between ticketing system and the e-Coupon entitlement system.
按要求管理票务系统的优惠券配置和测试工作，支持票务系统及电子优惠券授权系统之间的协调工作
? Maintain operation, configuration, or other procedures
维护系统运营，配置以及其他流程
? Troubleshoot problems reported by users
帮助终端用户解决问题，排除故障
? Support end user training
协助培训终端用户
? Support new product application and approval process
参与新产品申请及审核流程等工作
? Support upload requests to generate bulk orders
协助批量订单的上传需求
? Support adhoc report development requests and delivery
协助临时的报告开发需求及传递
? Ensure compliance to internal control policy and procedures at all times
确保任何时候都符合内部控制的准则和流程
? Maintain department key metrics
维护部门关键指标


Required Qualifications
基本资格

? Computer science or related field bachelor degree is required
计算机科学或相关专业学士学位
? 2 years related work experience
两年以上相关工作经验
? Ability to multi-task with accuracy and efficiency.
具备准确并高效地处理多任务的能力
? Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
具备解决问题和故障排除的能力
? Good written, spoken and reading English
良好的英语听书读写能力
? Good communication skills.
具备良好的交流能力
? Efficient and competent at repetitive tasks with minimum supervision.
