职位描述：
1. 能够独立地设计合成路线或优化方案并指导组长或合成研究员的课题；
2. 按照公司要求的项目计划带领团队开展项目，并按照公司要求完成项目研发；
3. 能够指导并解决下属员工出现的工作问题；
4. 有强烈的团队精神和执行力，有团队建设的能力；
5. 能够条理清晰的向上级汇报工作进展并提出建设性意见；
6. 负责部门的安全卫生工作；
工作内容：
1. 充分理解公司的项目任务书，参与项目方案编写，负责分配执行；
2. 协调内部资源，高效完成项目任务；
3. 分析解决下属员工的技术问题，提出科学合理的解决方案；
4. 关注下属员工的工作状态，通过组织活动提高团队的工作热情，做好员工绩效考核；
5. 做好相关的文件撰写及修订，控制项目进度；
6. 做好安全卫生的检查与监督。

学历与工作经验要求：
