职位描述：
GENERAL AUMMARY:
？ The Lab engineer is responsible for the maintenance of plant TS16949 operation system, establishes measurement equipment instruction and setup the test procedure to get the reliable result according to internal or external customer requirements. Planning and getting good calibration on time for all of measurement equipments, train team members to new measuring equipments and test procedure.

ESESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend the TS16949 quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary
2. Responsible for the quality of the work performance in the lab to get reliable results on time.
3. In accordance with the test requirements and customer requirements to perform the required test and measurement.
4. Checks his team members are performing the test according to instruction
5. Train his team members to new measuring equipments
6. Establishes measurement equipment instruction
7. Participates to internal audits
8. Responsible for planning and getting good calibration on time for all measurement equipments
9. Responsible the test procedure to optimize test skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. College degree or above degree in engineering ,quality ,business or material is preferred.
2. 2 years of experience as a Lab engineer preferred.
3. Certification of internal audit for TS16949 is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Ability to reading and writing English is required.
2. Must be able to deal with good communication skills.
