MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES & KEY TASKS
1. Ensure the best capture rate on warranty, installation, maintenance renewal business
2. Explore other service opportunities in the banking industry
3. Ensure to meet or over achieve the assigned P/L targets
4. Ensure QCS are executed achieve to WNC management expectation
5. Work closely with other function groups in the service division to meet the whole targets
6. Work closely with other departments to meet company goal
7. Ensure high service delivery quality and customer satisfaction
8. Ensure documentations and reports are properly prepared and distributed
9. Well understand competitors information and other market dynamics
10. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Related Experience / Competencies Required
1. Good communication and interpersonal skill
2. Good command of negotiation and presentation skill
3. Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications are advantages
4. Effective use of necessary tools of related field
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Be able to take up challenges and work under pressure
7. Goal oriented with good prioritizing skills
8. Strong customer relationship
9. Be fimilar with competitors business model and operation
