职位描述：
Job summary:

A legal counsel shall work independently, provide substantial support on routine legal work, and assess legal risks of commercial contracts and projects. Duties include contract review, legal analysis and provision of legal advice with a focus on business-oriented solutions.

Major Responsibilities:

? Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts/documents that arise from the daily operations of the company;
? Advising on regulatory and compliance requirements specific to data management and information technology industry, like data privacy, data protection, consumer protection;
? Providing timely, proactive and practical legal advice to various markets in APAC region, as well as departments/teams for the company’s daily activities;
? Managing claims, disputes, mediations, litigations if assigned to.

Qualification:

? Bachelor degree from accredited Chinese law school and admitted to the PRC bar, overseas law master degree is preferred.
? 6-8 years PQE with top international law firm or PRC law firm and/or in-house in a multinational corporation, while prior in-house experience with a data management corporation is preferred but not a must.
? Proficient English writing and speaking skills.
? Demonstrated expertise in internet, data/information protection, consumer protection and privacy laws in China.
? Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit. 举报 分享
