职位描述：
*英语工作环境（英语交流欠佳勿投！）

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of electrical construction documents including drawings, specifications, and checklists for modular buildings in hotel, office, multifamily and residential market sectors
2. Design power, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications plans including all associated details, one line diagrams, and specifications
3. Perform photometric calculations, load calculations, and any other calculations required to support electrical design
4. Coordinate electrical system design with mechanical engineers, architects, installers and other engineers
5. Installation inspection including surveying and documenting observations, photographing, and sketching
6. Play an active role in project meetings with colleagues
1、准备室内机电施工图，包括图纸、规范、清单
2、设计电源、照明、火灾报警、电子通信设备，包括相关细节图，系统图和规范
3、实施光度计算、荷载计算、和其他电气设计计算
4、与其他机械工程师，建筑师，安装技术员配合
5、现场质量验收，包括测量，记录，拍照和草图
6、在项目讨论会上，与其他部门同事配合协调


Qualifications/Requirements:
1. College or BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar technical degree.
2. 3yrs. experience with Electrical engineering design in the relevant field.
3. Knowledge and understanding of CAD and other electrical design related software. Knowledge of REVIT is a bonus.
4. Installation experience is a bonus.
5. Familiarity with Electrical codes and standards.
6. Excellent written and spoken English

4、具有现场安装经验优先
5、熟悉电气规范和标准
6、优秀的英语书面和口语能力
