职位描述：
Responsibility:

1. Understand and manage internal customer requirements, control the project scope, schedule, budget etc., communicate with internal customer.
理解并管理内部客户需求，控制项目范围、交货期、预算等，负责与内部客户沟通。
2. Trigger internal BoM, routing maintain based on project requirement, trigger create Sales Order item created to drive demands in SAP.
基于项目需求，驱动内部工程BOM、工艺维护，通知商务在SAP中创建订单并驱动项目需求。
3. Effective communication with Planning, procurement, technical, manufacturing and quality teams, step in for quick solution and early warning if necessary, take action for remedy, to make sure project execute smoothly to meet project requirement.
与计划、采购、技术、生产与质量团队保持密切有效沟通，确保项目执行满足项目需求，必要时参与解决和提前预警，采取补救措施。
4. Responsible project daily execution (tracking, follow up, hold meeting and public MoM, project change etc), monitors project schedule against plan.
负责项目的执行（跟踪，召开会议，发布会议纪要，项目变更等），按照项目计划监控项目进度。
5. Collect and share information to finalize progress reports / inspection reports to management and customers, share / report information about deviations in quality, cost and time, when possible even at early stage of execution.
向上级部门与内部客户汇报项目进度，如果交货期、质量、成本等有偏离要尽早提前通知。
6. Responsible for customer complaint
负责处理客户投诉

Requirement:
1. Earnest working attitude and willing to learn
2. Fluency in Chinese and English
3. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing field. Technical background for metallurgical is a plus.
4. Good communication skills
