工作职责:
Accountability
The Supply Chain Sustainability Manager is accountable to:
· Motivate & educate the team on Sustainability vision and Company goals
· Maintain a general overview of the teams’ work performance, and their need for education and support
· Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feedback given and dialogue as well as talent development, headcount plan and succession
· Manage calibration and secure that H&M’s methods and policies are followed
· Assess potential risks in new product development and sourcing location
· Ensure that sustainability-related KPI’s are met for the related product group
Main Responsibilities
· Act as a good role model and work on the sustainability team reaching a top performing level
· Together with the Sustainability Manager, develop a strategic plan and actions in alignment with the business goals
· Together with the Supply Chain Manager, prepare product strategy; be actively involved in the business plan and capacity development
· Support the Sustainability Manager by giving inputs on regional strategy
· Follow and communicate current trends in the field, Sustainability development and news
· Provide expertise in order to support the business in the region and provide practical solutions
· Drive the annual action plan process in line with the Production team’s sustainability strategy and business
· Lead the team in creative and yet pragmatic solutions to challenges in our business
· Analyze relevant non-compliance issues (root causes) in the region and settle action plans
· Identify and implement with the team, creative and yet pragmatic solutions to challenges beyond the audit program
· Secure data collection and analyze data
· Work in close collaboration with other Supply Chain Sustainability managers
· Ensure that there is good collaboration between the Sustainability team and other relevant internal and external teams
· Report goal follow-up and analysis results to the Sustainability Manager and business teams
· Work actively with regard to talent identification, staff development and succession planning
· Identify capability gaps (current and future) and work towards bridging these gaps through performance management, staff development, strategic recruitment, etc.
· Your responsibility is to lead your team by example, always driven by our values and the ambition to make people and business grow
· As an H&M leader you should focus on inspiration, delegation, feedback and motivation (other elements of leadership are further described in the competencies relevant for your role)

Education and Experience requirements
· Qualification in business management/law/political science/social work or any equivalent
· Qualification in project management or equivalent
· Have managed project budgets
· Efficient team management skills
· Able to effectively resolve conflicting situations
· Experience of practical project management as well as the tools and techniques involved
Knowledge and Skills requirements
· Preferably a H&M background
· Work experience in sustainability management
· Excellent communication skills (written, spoken) with people in diverse locations
· Excellent leadership qualities
