Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened;
2. Select the suitable hiring channels, interview and assessment methods based on the specific position requirements;
3. Conduct searching, screening, interviewing activities and recommend qualified candidates for assigned departments;
4. Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques, to find opportunity for continuous improvement to improve working efficiency and professionalism;
5. Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts, establish/maintain talent pool to provide internal sourcing;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Have 2+ years head hunting experience;
3. Familiar with BI skills and BI positions;
4. Possess professional recruiting skills;
5. Resourceful, flexible, and persuasive;
6. Good communication skills;
7. Good command of English;
8. Good PC skills.
