职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieves machine electrical system hardware and software design, improvement and troubleshooting.
2. Be responsible for equipment controller debug and run off.
3. Leads problem solving / root cause analysis of equipment control issue.
4. Cooperates with manufacturing engineers for new project implementation.
5. Executes Delphi PDP (Project Development Process) assignment on time.
6. Follows internal control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time.
7. Optimizes manufacturing process to meet Uptime, First Time Quality and Changeover goals.
8. Supports project cost estimation.
9. Implements process continuous improvement project for cost reduction.
10. Trains operators to follow working instruction.
11. Assesses operator’s skill level.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automation or electrical control engineering.
2. Over 5 years engineering working experience in electrical control field, machining or assemble process experience preferred.
3. Be familiar with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC application, AC/DC motor control and servo control.
4. Be familiar with statistical control analysis.
5. Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic and pneumatic system.
6. Professionally use Microsoft OFFICE.
7. Good personal communication skill.
8. Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English.
9. Willing to take short time travel to Shenyang and Yantai for equipment run off one or two times a month. 举报 分享
