1、大专毕业；
2、针对客户2D、3D运用软件进行公差分析；
3、制作开发DFM与PM一起于客户沟通；
4、焊接异常处理；
5、DOE实验及数据收集整理；
6、熟悉5S的管理，有较强的责任心和独立工作能力。
7、英文听、说、读、写能力良好，良好的交流和沟通能力，熟练使用Office和UG，Pro-E 或Auto CAD等软件；
8、熟练运用Office软件,熟悉ISO 9000 标准；
9、自信, 执着,高度工作热情,，有想象力和较强的执行力。
