Responsibilities

? To assist the Platform manager in driving the FPT Industrial Development Process (FDP) through the management of the Product team (Platform, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance) and facilitate the information exchange between SFH and FPT Industrial in both Turin, Italy and Jiading, China.
? To assist in processing and management of new project requests and engineering change requests.
? Assist in the monitoring, tracking and reporting of project status and highlighting risks or road blocks by the continuous updating of program dashboards, project meetings and reviews.
? Assist the Platform Manager in compiling Project reports
? Help to ensure the achievement of targets (performance, financial, quality and timing).
? Translation as and when required

Qualifications
Candidates are required to have the following qualifications:

Education:
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering - preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent work experience

Required skills and experience:
? Minimum 1 year of Product Engineering experience.
? Demonstrate skills in communication of technical data and project information
? Strong prioritization skills including ability to manage frequent changes.
? Flexibility in dealing with changing and/or partial information.
? Excellent team skills.
? Strong problem solving skills.
? Excellent handle of the English language both oral and written.
? Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Desired skills and experience
? Knowledge of the functionality of a Diesel Engine
? Knowledge of the Italian language both oral and written
? CAD experience and the ability to read engineering drawings a plus
? 1+ years experience in diesel engine design, engine performance, manufacturing, quality or vehicle applications.

Reporting
This position will report to the FPTI Platform Manager China

Location
This position is located at the SFH manufacturing facility in Chongqing, China
