职位描述：
Objective:
Ensure for each BU Client 100% Buffer Stock is ready for scheduled Shipment Orders based on BU forecasts & planning.
Ensure smooth communication with each Supplier and get the support of Commercial whenever necessary.


Responsibilities:
1> Updating the Assortment and planning per BU in the REP System ( masterfile and timing parameters) by close following up with merchandiser & packing team for all changes ( Corresponding table - Stop / Replacement, Packing/ Packaging change)
2> Collect the refresh forecasts Monthly and Alerts upon missing BU / Vendor / Item and about big deviations.
3> Process/Assisting on processing the Shipment Orders received from the BUs and send back the Shipment Report with performance comments within 5 working days
4>Adjust and react promptly for serving any new or special request from the BU Client.
5>Controlling and analysing the Replenishment Performance


Requirements:
1> Some background of supply chain management, especially planning knowledge.
2> Person with sensitive acknowledge about numbers and figures.
3> Good command of English, and French could be a preferance. 举报 分享
